Geographical position
The village is located on the left bank of the Northern Dvina River . The nearest settlements of the Matigorsky rural settlement, the villages of Bereza and Shepitsa , are located within a radius of one and a half kilometers. The administrative center of the rural settlement, the village of Kharlovo , is 12 km away, and the administrative center of the Kholmogorsky district, the village of Kholmogory , is 17 km from the highway.
