Spassky Bridges

Spassky bridges - a complex of two road bridges across the Moscow River , at 67 km of the Moscow Ring Road , near the former village of Spas. The first Spassky bridge, built in 1962, passes the internal flow of the Moscow Ring Road, the second bridge built in 1997 - the external stream.

First Spassky Bridge

Opened in 1962 . Engineer V.D. Vasiliev, architect K.P. Saveliev.

The length of the bridge is 203.9 m, the width is 24 m. The bridge is arched, three-span. The navigable span is medium, its width is 90 m, the width of the navigable strip is 60 m. The height of the navigable passage within the navigational strip is 10 m.

Second Spassky Bridge

In 1997, during the reconstruction of the Moscow Ring Road , 40 m upstream from the axis of the first bridge, a separate bridge was built for oncoming traffic.
