Volodko, Anatoly Ivanovich

Anatoly Volodko was born on August 20, 1952 in the Minsk region. He graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Railway Engineers .

He started working in railway transport in 1974 at the Bryansk-Lgovsky station of the Moscow Railway on duty at the station. After serving in the Soviet Army , in 1975 he returned to his former place of work. Then he was the station dispatcher of the station Bryansk-Lgovsky.

In 1977 he was appointed head of the Klintsy station of the Moscow road, in 1980 - deputy head of the Bryansk-Lgovsky station.

From 1982 he worked as Deputy Head of the Transportation Department of the Bryansk Branch of the Moscow Road, from 1986 - Head of the Bryansk-Lgovsky station.

In 1988-1994 - head of the transportation department - deputy head of the Bryansk branch of the Moscow road, Bryansk .

In 1994-1998 - deputy head of the Bryansk branch of the Moscow Railway.

In 1998-2002 - Head of the Bryansk branch of the Moscow Railway, in 2002 - Deputy Head of the Moscow Railway.

In 2002 he was appointed Head of the South-Eastern Railway ^[2] .

Under the leadership of Volodko, the road three times became the winner of the branch competition of Russian Railways ^[4] .

• In 2007, for the first time at South-Eastern Railway, an automated LED lighting and warning system for passenger platforms in a suburban service was introduced at the Voronezh-1 station on the road network of Russia ^[4] .
• During the period of Volodko’s activity, over 700 million rubles were invested by the monopolist in the development and modernization of Kazinka, Terbuny, Yelets and Ranenburg stations. At these stations, special economic zones of the federal and regional levels have been created ^[5] .
• In 2009, a new passenger train , Voronezh-Odessa, was put into circulation on the road ^[4] .
• Volodko is making efforts to attract investment and to build the Voronezh-3 railway station on the main line of the Moscow-Rostov-Sochi line so that transit high-speed trains are not accepted at the central station of the city, which is away from the main line. minutes to reduce the movement of trains from Moscow to the south ^[6] .

On April 20, 2018, Volodko was dismissed from the post of head of the South-Eastern Railway in connection with his retirement. Accompanying Anatoly Ivanovich to rest, the general director of Russian Railways O.V. Belozerov presented the Order of Honor to the veteran, whom President Putin awarded Volodko for his great contribution to the implementation of the two-track electrified railway construction project at the Zhuravka-Millerovo section . With the resignation, Volodko was also awarded the sign “For merits in the development of Russian Railways, I degree” ^[1] .

He is married, has a daughter Tatiana ^[8] .
