History
The club was founded on August 26, 1984 under the name FC Llaneros de Guanare ( Spanish: Llaneros de Guanare Fútbol Club ). In the “Example” Venezuela made its debut in 1992 . Playing in the top division, “Llaneros” did not achieve much success, taking places at the bottom of the standings. Four times the club flew to Segunda, the club spent its longest term in the second division at the beginning of the 21st century, when it spent six consecutive seasons in Segund, and rose to Primera only thanks to its expansion. According to the results of the 2010/11 season, the team rose from Segunda to Example, the next year Llaneros took 13th place in the championship and kept a residence permit in the top division.
In 2015, the team name was changed to “Llaneros de Guanare Escuela de Football” ( Spanish: Llaneros de Guanare Escuela de Fútbol ), which translates as “Llaneros de Guanare Football School”. In 2017, the team flew out of the Examples, but immediately became the winner of the Second Division and returned to the elite.
The team spends home games at the Rafael Calles Pinto stadium, which seats 6,000 spectators.
