Sports career
The debut in the international arena took place in 2004 . Ouedraogo finished sixth in the 4 × 100 meter relay at the 2004 Summer Olympics . The following year, Ouedraogo won a bronze medal at the 2005 World Summer Universiade . At the 2007 World Cup, she won a bronze medal in the 4 × 100 m relay with teammates Olivia Borle , Hannah Marien and Kim Gewart , setting a national record. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, the same relay quartet took part in the final race. In the semi-finals, they confidently took first place, ahead of the national teams of Great Britain, Brazil and Nigeria. In the finals, they came to the finish line second, setting a national record of 42.54 seconds, but the Russian team who came to the finish line first was disqualified in 2016 due to the use of doping, and the Belgians received gold medals.
