Biography
Born in the family of a plant security worker and cutter. He graduated from the 9th grade of the school, and then GPTU No. 6, specializing in the repair of metallurgical equipment. He worked at the Pervouralsk Novotrubny plant . He lived with his parents [1] .
While still at school, he began to steal. He was registered in the children's room of the police after being arrested while trying to steal at the base of the city food shop. In addition, he was registered with a psychiatrist: according to some reports, he had a birth injury associated with the nervous system [1] . At 13, in an elevator, he attacked a 10-year-old girl with a knife and tried to rape and kill her [2] .
On July 3, 2005, on the Volodarsky Street, the Chigirinsky met 8-year-old Anya Rogozina, took her to a forest park zone where he raped and strangled her. According to some reports, after the murder committed sexual intercourse with a dead body . The killer buried the girl’s body and burned her clothes. The following year, he returned to the scene of the crime, dug up the body, and beheaded him. Prior to the capture of the maniac, the girl was considered missing [1] [3] .
On September 17, 2008, in the vicinity of Stepan Razin Street, near the Yekaterinburg - Shalya railway, the Chigirinsky attacked 7-year-old Polina Baburina. Threatening with a knife, the maniac dragged the girl into the bushes, raped him and strangled him with a cord. On May 28, 2009, in the area of Lenin Street, the Chigirinsky attacked 9-year-old Alena Dobrodulina, dragged her into the basement of an abandoned kindergarten No. 33, where she raped and strangled. A mobile phone was taken from the murdered woman. At this time, the parents of the murdered girl were looking for her. In addition, the court ordered him to pay 500 thousand rubles to the family of Polina Baburina and 700 thousand rubles to the family of Alyona Dobrodulina as compensation for moral damage. Grandma Ani Rogozina refused compensation [2] . The Supreme Court of Russia upheld the verdict [1] .
