History

In accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of September 21, 1964, the village of the Fifth Branch of the Rashevatsky state farm was renamed the village of Krutobalkovsky ^[1] .

Until May 1, 2017, he was part of the municipality "Rural Settlement Svetlinsky Village Council " ^[4] .
