Daoli ( Chinese р 道里 , pinyin : Dàolǐ , literally: “inward from the [railway]”) is the district of urban subordination of the city of sub-provincial significance of Harbin , Heilongjiang Province ( PRC ). Harbin authorities are located here.

History
The district occupies the main territory of historic Harbin. The district was formed as an administrative unit in 1956 by the merger of the two districts of old Harbin.
