The threshold height of the tail luggage compartment is 127 cm, which facilitates the task of placing luggage in a compartment of 2.5 mΒ³.
The maintenance interval is 600 hours.
The 4000 was also the first super-medium aircraft equipped with tunable DC generators, dual air conditioning, non-deactivating traction control units, electrically controlled braking systems, elevators and rudders, as well as Honeywell Primus avionics with large format flat panel LCDs. The aircraft is equipped with a standard Honeywell Laseref V dual inertial support system.
