Biography
He was born on March 10, 1950. He was the son of Honduran journalist Oscar Flores Medens and Margarita Faccuse de Flores. Studied in the USA . There he met his future wife. After returning to Honduras, he went into business. He soon became a member of the Liberal Party of Honduras . In 1994 became chairman of the National Congress. In the 1997 election, he was a candidate for president and defeated a candidate from the National Party . January 27, 1998 took office. January 27, 2002 term of office expired.
