Biography
Mark Alvin Clements was born in 1949. [1]
Clements received his doctorate from the University of New South Wales , defending a dissertation on Reproductive Biology in relation to phylogeny of the Orchidaceae, especially the tribe Diurideae . In 2008, he worked as a researcher at the Center for Plant Biodiversity Research at the Canberra National Botanic Gardens. Clements studied plants of the Orchidaceae family. He made a significant contribution to botany by describing many species of seed plants [2] .
