The settlement is located within the Chuvash plateau at the confluence of the Al and Solominka rivers.

The climate of the rural settlement is continental, with warm, sometimes hot summers and moderately cold, long, snowy winters. The average annual air temperature is 3 ° C. In the annual course, the average monthly temperature varies from –13˚ in January to + 18.7˚ in July. The absolute temperature values ​​are equal - 42˚ and + 37˚. The frost-free period lasts an average of 143 days, from the second decade of May to the end of the third decade of September. Persistent frosts occur in mid-November and last an average of 120 days until the second decade of March. Warm, dry weather is usually set in May. The summer months (June – August) are characterized by stable warm weather, sometimes hot and dry. The territory of the settlement belongs to the zone of sufficient moisture. The average annual relative humidity is 77%, the maximum humidity - up to 88% - is observed in the cold season. In the summer, humidity can drop to 30% (about 25 days, mainly in May – June). On average, about 490 mm of precipitation falls annually with a maximum in the warm period - about 340 mm. In summer, rainfall predominates, and in winter - low-intensity overcast. However, there may be significant deviations from year to year in either direction.

The relief is represented by a hilly plateau, partially covered by deciduous forests, divided by numerous ravines into a series of gentle gorges and separate hills. The length of the ravines varies from 100-200 m to 2-3.5 km, the depth - from 1 to 10 m.

On the territory of the settlement there are many shops, a branch of Sberbank. All settlements of the settlement are gasified and connected by roads with asphalt-concrete coating. Design estimates are being prepared on asphalting the streets of settlements and providing the population with clean water.
