The Ground Forces of Morocco or the Royal Moroccan Army - one of the types of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Morocco , created in 1956.

6 brigades (3 mechanized , 2 paratroopers and 1 light guard), 8 mechanized and motorized infantry regiments (in each 2-3 mechanized infantry battalions), 64 separate battalions (12 tank, 35 infantry, 3 camels, 1 mining , 4 commandos , 2 paratroopers, 7 engineering), 11 separate artillery divisions and 1 air defense division .
In the Royal Guard - 1 battalion and 1 cavalry squadron.
