Career

Club

Krsticich began his career as a football player in Belgrade OFK . In the summer of 2006, he was transferred from youth to the main team. The midfielder made his debut in the Serbian Super League at the beginning of the 2007/08 season, replacing him in a meeting against Borac from Čačak . At the 82nd minute of the game, the Serbian player scored a goal, thus setting the final score 2: 0 in favor of the OFK [2] . At that time, Nenad was 17 years old and 1 month old. The young footballer began to appear often in the team, but he either left the field in the second half, or was used as a substitute. On May 12, 2008, Krstichich scored the first goal in a meeting with the Mladost club from the city of Luciani, but this did not help his team avoid a 1: 3 defeat [3] . In total, in the 2007/08 season, Nenad played 24 matches for the OFK in the national championship and scored 2 goals.

In the 2008/09 season, Krstičić managed to participate in 3 Serbia championship games [4] , after which he moved to Sampdoria in late summer 2008. Initially, he played for the youth team of the Italian club in Primavera. On December 16, 2010, the footballer made his debut for the main team of Sampdoria, leaving the starting lineup for the match with the Hungarian Debrecen , which took place as part of the group stage of the Europa League 2010/11 [5] . However, he was no longer called up for the first blue-hockey team that season. On January 15, 2011, the Serb took a double in the match between Primavera and Modena [6] . Also in 2011, he was a member of the team at the Viareggio Tournament .

After the departure of Sampdoria from Serie A , the club began performing in Serie B following the 2010/11 season. Krsticich got a chance to make his debut in this tournament on January 6, 2012: he replaced the game with Varese [7] . Until the end of the 2011/12 season, the Serb spent 12 more games without scoring goals. The midfielder did not participate in the playoff series.

Team

Krstic is involved in the games of the national team of Serbia for players under 18 years old, and since 2008 he has been called up to the country's youth team .
