Story
Bart , Nelson and Milhouse decide to make money and without the permission of the owners of the houses write to everyone the house numbers on the curb. Homer refuses to pay and the guys shorten the number of the Simpson House to one number. They begin to receive letters to the address "Evergreen Alley, 74." Later, they mistakenly received a letter stating that Marge won one magazine contest. As a prize, highly qualified housewives will come to them and clean their house. Because of this, she begins to have paranoia. It seems to her that these housewives will talk badly about them and Marge will clean the whole house cleanly. But, before the cleaners arrive, she finds a small but difficult to clean spot in the kitchen. Marge decides to mix all his cleaning products to wipe off the stain. From the smell of this mixture, Marge begins to feel dizzy, she falls and hits her head on a small stool.
Marge wakes up already in the hospital. All is well, but she does not recognize anyone! Dr. Hibbert writes her out. The Simpsons drive Marge home, where she recalls everyone, Lisa, Bart, Maggie, Milhouse, Flanders, but can't remember Homer. He does everything so that Marge remembers him, but nothing happens. Patty and Selma tell Marge that her brain blocks memories of Homer to save her. Since Homer cannot make Marge remember him, he decides to fall in love with her again. Marge kicks Homer out of the house. He goes to his father, to a nursing home. And the Bouvier sisters want to introduce her to another man. And they do it on a blind date. Lenny and Carl call Homer and say that Marge is walking with another man. He goes to the place of their date. This man runs from Marge when he finds out that she has three children. Homer tells him about Marge's good points. It really touches her and she really falls in love with him. But, at the mention of beer, she recalls Homer.
Interesting Facts
- Falling, Marge pronounces "Et tu, Zud." This is a parody of Caesar’s famous phrase “ Et tu, Brute ”.
