Gasham Najafzade (Najafov Gasham Mirza oglu; born April 1, 1959, Aligulular of the Imishli region of the Azerbaijan SSR) is an Azerbaijani poet.

In 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Language and Literature of Ganja State University. In 1997 he became a member of the Writers Union of Azerbaijan. For a long time he worked as a teacher of the Azerbaijani language and literature in Imishli and in Baku. He worked as executive secretary of the newspaper "Culture".
Currently, he is a member of the board of the Azerbaijan Writers Union, head of the children's literature department, deputy poetry department of the Azerbaijan magazine, a member of the expert group at the national radio and television council, and also works as a senior lecturer at Tafakkur University.
In 2007 he participated in the 38th International Festival of Poetry, held in Holland. In 2006 he was awarded the Tofig Mahmoud Prize, while in 2008 he received the Rasul Rza International Prize.
His poems have been translated into more than 20 languages of the world - into English, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, French, German, Albanian, Tamil, Georgian, Russian, Spanish, Persian, Polish and other languages. So far, 22 books of the poet have been printed. Five of these books were published in foreign countries. The father of two sons and one daughter.
