The 136th meridian of the west longitude is the line of longitude , which is 136 degrees west of the Greenwich meridian , passing from the North Pole through the Arctic Ocean , Canada , USA , the Pacific Ocean , Oceania , the Southern Ocean to the South Pole and forming an orthodromy with the 44th longitude meridian .
