USSR Ministry of Industrial Construction

The USSR Ministry of Industrial Construction (abbr. USSR Ministry of Industry and Construction ) is the USSR state body for the planning, control and management of the construction of industrial facilities, in particular chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries, as well as related transport, industrial, agricultural and civilian facilities.
