History
Renaissance Farm was founded in 1923. Administratively, he was a member of the village council at the city of Mineralnye Vody, Mineralovodsky District, Terek District . According to the All-Union Census of 1926, it consisted of 13 yards; the total number of inhabitants was 80 people (42 men and 38 women); the predominant nationality is Little Russians [3] .
Until 2015 [4] was part of the rural settlement of the Leninsky Village Council of the Mineralovodsky District of the Stavropol Territory [5] .
