Biography
In 1950 he graduated from the Faculty of Radio Engineering of the Air Force Engineering Academy. prof. N.E. Zhukovsky. In 1959 he defended his thesis “Radar stations for ultra-long detection of small objects in space”, and in 1965 he defended his doctoral dissertation “Aircraft radar systems for Earth observation with ultra-high resolution using artificial aperture of the antenna”. In 1970, he was awarded the title of professor.
- 1943-1945 - A participant in the Great Patriotic War, a participant in the Victory Parade on June 24, 1945 on the Red Square of Moscow.
- 1950-1956 - in engineering and scientific positions in KB-1, in NII-17 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry, Central Research Institute-108
- since 1956 at the Air Force Engineering Academy. prof. N.E. Zhukovsky, worked as deputy head of the department.

Since 1986 - Head of the Department of Radio Transmission Devices of the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation ( MIREA ) (Technical University). He prepared 50 candidates and 10 doctors of sciences. Author and co-author of 100 scientific papers, including 8 monographs and 20 copyright certificates and patents. Chairman of the Doctoral Dissertation Council "Concern of Radio Engineering" Vega ", member of the Doctoral Dissertation Council of MIREA, member of the Expert Council on Radio Electronics of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, editor-in-chief of the journal" High Technologies ".
Corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences since 1987 since 1991 - RAS (Department of Nanotechnology and Information Technology).
He was buried in Moscow at the Troekurovsky cemetery [1] .
Scientific activity
A specialist in the field of synthesized aperture radar, informatics systems and methods for generating and processing radio signals. He was a developer of radio-controlled weapons and ultra-high-resolution radar vision systems of the Earth, the initiator of the development of remote radio-controlled robotics. Under his leadership, small-sized multifunctional remote-controlled aircraft have been created to solve the problems of monitoring energy networks, the state of communications, and providing rescue operations in difficult weather conditions.
Awards and titles
He was awarded the orders of the October Revolution, the Red Banner of Labor, the Red Star, the Badge of Honor, medals "For Military Merit", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War", "For Military Valor" and a number of other medals.
Laureate of the USSR State Prize and the RF Government Prize in the field of science and technology.
