Vadim Getman Street ( Ukrainian: Vadim Getman Street) is a street in the Solomensky district of the city of Kiev , the area of Kazhennye Dachi , Karavaevy Dachi . It runs from Victory Avenue to the railway overpass (continuation is Chokolovsky Boulevard ).

Content
History
The street was formed in the first decade of the XX century, on the maps of 1914 and 1918 it was recorded under the name Zavodskaya , with time - 2nd Dachny Lane , which stretched to the modern Vyborg Street . Part of the future street between Vyborgskaya and Borshchagovskaya streets was called 3rd Andreevsky Lane . In 1955, the street was named Industrialnaya [1] .
In the 1950s, during the construction of the Small Ring Road , of which the street is a part, Okruzhnaya Street and Okruzhnoy Lane were laid through the old buildings. After combining with the latter in 1962 [2], the street received a modern extension. Vechevaya and Muromtsevskaya streets and Bezymyanny lane , which were absorbed during the laying of the street, passed through the territory of the street. In 2004, the street was partially reconstructed.
The modern name in honor of the Ukrainian politician and financier V.P. Getman - since 2005 [3] [4] .
Being part of the Small Ring Road , the street has great transport significance. There are three very important transport junctions on the street - the Karavaevy Dachi railway platform, the Industrial overpass ( Industrial (light rail station, Kiev) ) and the Shulyavskaya metro station.
