It is part of the Bogorodsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009, it was part of the Verkhnemensky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - into the Verkhnemenmen rural council.
The distance to the regional center of the mouth of the highway - 65.5 km, to the center of the municipal entity Bogorodsky in a straight line - 15 km. The nearest settlements are Cape , Lomovo , Malaya Gora , Nikiforovskaya .
According to the 2002 census, the population was 23 people (13 men, 10 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
