Content
History
Arsenal Street originated in the 1st half of the XIX century under the same name. According to one version, the street name comes from the Arsenal plant located in Pechersk), according to another version it comes from the arsenal, which in 1854 was transferred to the former fort of New Pechersk fortress.
The street also appeared under the name Zashiyanovsky Perelok , as laid out behind the buildings of the homeowner Shiyanov.
