It is part of the Verkhovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Verkhovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Verkhovazhye is 24 km, to the center of the municipality of Smetanino - 2 km. The nearest settlements are Smetanino , Kudrinskaya , Mokievskaya .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 9 people [2] .
