It is part of the Chushevitsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Chushevitsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Verkhovazhye is 46.3 km, to the center of the municipality of Chushevits - 2.5 km. The nearest settlements are Ploskovo , Bereg , Chushevitsy , Basailovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 9 people [2] .
