It is part of the Yavengsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - the Yavengsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Vozhega by road is 35 km, to the center of the municipality of Baza in a straight line - 13 km. The nearest settlements are Gorodishche , Grudinskaya , and Griva .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
