Trosno is a village in the Plyussky district of the Pskov region of Russia , part of the rural settlement Lyadsky volost . It is located on a former highway (the site is currently not serviced) connecting Gdov and Strugi Krasny .

The village of Trosno is located near the border with the Strugo-Krasnensky district , at an altitude of 85 m above sea level [2] .
Population
The population of the village in 2000 was 1 person [1] , according to the 2002 census - 7 people.
History
In the scribal book of 1571 there is a description of the three villages of Trosno in the Lositsky graveyard of the Shelonsky pyatiny: Trosno the Great, in Trosno in Zapolye and Trosno Menshoe; all were empty at that time.
“For Prince Ivan and for Prince Vasily for Prince Mikhailov’s children of Narymov.

Der Trosno Bolshoye, according to the old letter, 5 apron, 4 yards are empty, sowing in one field 12 quarters, two poles on the same, latitudinal arable land a mile and a half across, hay mowing 12 kopecks.
Der Trosne in Zapolye more than ever with Sotnik Pustoshkiny [m], 2 livestock, 2 yards are empty, sowing 6 quarters in the same field, half a versts of arable land, hay mowing 6 kopecks.

Der Cable Menshoye, according to the old poem and a half obzhi, one yard is empty, sowing in one field half-5 quarters, and in two fields for the same, latched arable land half a mile, hay mowing 8 kopecks.

In 1938, there were 53 houses in the village. [3]
