Zhang Kexin ( Chinese ex. 张 可欣 , pinyin : Zhāng Kěxīn ; b. October 17, 1995 in Harbin , China ) is a Chinese figure skater performing in the women's singles . Champion of China 2014, silver medalist of the Chinese national games .
