Biography
Born July 3, 1873 .
Primary education in the Simbirsk Cadet Corps , after which on September 1, 1891 he was enrolled in the Pavlovsk Military School .
Released on August 4, 1892 as a lieutenant in the 16th Infantry Regiment . Produced on August 4, 1896 as a lieutenant, Biryukov passed the entrance exams to the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff , where he completed a 2-grade course and returned to his regiment.
On August 4, 1900, he was promoted to captains with a transfer to the guard, and exactly four years later he was promoted to captain. He served as a junior educational officer at the Pavlovsk Military School.
By the beginning of the First World War, Biryukov was a lieutenant colonel [1] of the 13th Infantry Regiment . Shortly after the start of the war, he received the rank of colonel .
The highest order of April 24, 1915 Biryukov was awarded the Order of St.. George of the 4th degree [2]
For the fact that on November 8, 1914, commanding the combat units, personally, under enemy fire, reconnoitred artificial obstacles, by storm took a strong enemy position, and trophies were taken. |
In early 1915, Biryukov was appointed commander of the 16th Infantry Regiment and on November 10 of the same year he was awarded the St. George Weapon. October 12, 1916 Biryukov was promoted to major general and soon was appointed head of the 2nd Siberian Rifle Division.
In the Civil War, Biryukov did not take an active part, but in the summer of 1919 he was captured by the Bolsheviks and shot on July 13 in Odessa [3] .
