Geography

History
On July 6, 1994, the Head of the Administration of the Stavropol Territory decided “To register the settlement formed in the Kochubeyevsky District, giving it a name - the village of Tsvetnoye, subjecting it territorially to the administration of the Vrevsky Village Council ” [3] .
On January 11, 1995, the Heads of Administration of the Stavropol Territory decided “To establish a Mishchensky village council with a center in the Mishchensky farm in the Kochubeyevsky district, including the village of Tsvetnoye, the Mishchensky hamlet and the Stepnoy hamlet” [3] .
