Unarmed nemerthins ( Latin Anopla ) - a previously distinguished class of worms from the type of nemerthins (Nemertea). It is characterized by the absence of stylet on the trunk , as well as the presence of a divided mouth and rhinopora (trunk opening). The taxon is paraphyletic , but was used in almost all scientific classifications until the 2010s. In 2018, the name Anopla was proposed to be discontinued [1] and the classes Palaeonemertea and Pilidiophora used .
