History
The station appeared in 1862 (it was the first station from Moscow), named after the village of the same name, which later became a city , which in 1960 became part of Moscow. The station acquired a modern look (turnstile pavilions, painting, platforms) after reconstruction in 2005β2006 . Now the station is class 1, was previously extracurricular.
In 2017, due to the drop in the volume of work, the station was transferred from sorting to the category of precinct. The sorting slide was conserved, and all sorting work was transferred, and the traffic flow was redistributed to the Moscow - largest station Lyublino-sorting . [3]
Passenger platforms
The Perovo Platform is located along the Karacharovsky Highway (from the south-west side) and Kuskovskaya Street (from the north-east side), at the intersection with the tracks of the Gorky MZ direction . Possible pedestrian transfer to the platform Chukhlinka Gorky direction, located 200 meters to the south. Station Perovo located on the mound. Travel time from the Kazan station is 14-17 minutes. The platform is equipped with turnstiles. Refers to the second tariff zone. It is a stopping point for most electric trains.
The stopping point Perovo includes 2 platforms - side (from the side of Karacharovsky highway, serves the 2nd path) and insular (1st and 4th path). Underground passages lead to both platforms. The turnstile pavilion for the side platform is located on Karacharovsky Highway (located inconveniently, since there is no place to take shelter in inclement weather), for the island highway - directly on the platform, at its northern end. The transition from the island platform passes under all the tracks of the station, has exits to the Kuskovsky deadlock and to Karacharovsky highway. All buildings of the station are painted in different shades of green, like other stations and platforms of the Kazan direction. Translucent canopies on the platforms have a design that is also typical for platforms reconstructed at the beginning of the XXI century .
Track Development
Several connecting branches depart from the station: to Novoproletarskaya and Slaughter stations, to the Gorky direction to the Kuskovo station, to the Small Ring of the Moscow Railway . In recent years, the former station Moscow-Sorting-Ryazanskaya, which has become Perovo-4, has been included in the station boundaries. The station is adjoined by the Moscow-Sorting-Ryazanskaya (TCHE-6) operational locomotive depot, the Moscow-Sorting repair depot (Moscow-Sorting depot) (TCHR-16), as well as the Moscow Locomotive Repair Plant (MRLR) OJSC.
