The animated series was broadcast in Russia on the TV channel “ 2x2 ” in 1995, the roles were voiced by: Alexander Klyukvin (all male roles) and Lyudmila Ilyina (all female roles) .
Story
The series tells the story of a girl who lives in a Scottish village with her father. She spends time playing with her trusty collie Oliver and her friends. One day she meets Countess Wellington, a kind woman who lives in a castle near their village. She also meets Miss Kitty, an arrogant young lady who lives in a large mansion outside the village. Kitty hates Sandybell and visits the Countess in hopes of winning the love of her son. The Countess gives Sandybell a daffodil and she sets up a garden near the village, in the center of which is a daffodil. Sandibel takes care of the daffodil because he reminds her of her mother. Throughout the series, Sandibelle is looking for his mother.
