History
It was founded on August 11, 1908 . The club was based in the locality where he was born and took his first steps as a Garrincha player. Then the "Pau Grande" was a club workers textile factory owned by the British. Later, the plant was closed, but amateur football continued in the club. The status of professionals was granted to them in 1993, when the team passed for the first and last time in the Third Professional Division, since that time it has been assigned to it to this day.
The club is currently playing in the amateur championship of the Mugins Sports League. His uniform is white with black vertical stripes and black shorts. The home arena is the Mane Garrincha Stadium with a capacity of about 1,000 people.
In 2009, the club became the vice-champion of the league, the senior category, having lost the title in a penalty shootout against the football club "Andorinha".
