Roystonea ( lat. Roystonea ), or Royal palm ( English Royal Palm ) - a genus of plants of the family Palm ( Arecaceae ). It forms the monotypic tribe Roystoneeae as part of the Arecoideae subfamily [2] .

Content
Botanical Description
It is characterized by a single gray trunk 10-30 m high and cirrus leaves 3-7 m long. The trunk can be expanded in the middle or at the base. The fruit has a size of 1-2 cm. It comes from the Caribbean.
