Petbe is the god of revenge (revenge) in ancient Egyptian mythology . Known from the Greco-Roman period. God Petba was worshiped in the Ahmin region, in central Egypt. His name translates as “Sky- Ba ”, that is, “Soul of the sky” or “Mood of the sky”. However, it is entirely possible that the god Petbe is of Chaldean origin. Perhaps the name of Petbe is formed of two words - Pet and Baal , which together means "lord of heaven." Baal was worshiped by immigrant workers who arrived in Egypt from the Levant . The early Christians compared Petbe to the Greek god Kronos .
