Palestine Liberation Organization foreign policy - diplomatic relations between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the nations of the world that began after the establishment of the Palestinian National Authority in 1994 as a result of the Oslo agreements between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) within the West Bank and the Sector Strip . The State of Palestine (which is the main goal of the creation and operation of the PNA), proclaimed in Algeria in 1988, is currently recognized by more than 130 UN member states [1] , many of which have representative offices of the State of Palestine. In addition, there are representative offices of the Palestinian National Authority in other countries that do not recognize the independence of the State of Palestine.

Relations with States
Ireland
In 2000, a representative office of Ireland was opened in Ramallah, and a representative office of Palestine was in Dublin [4] .
Egypt
In 1983, Yasser Arafat, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization, came into conflict with Syria, which allowed Egypt to once again establish strong relations with Palestinian leaders. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak tried to mediate in the Arab-Israeli conflict, to relieve tensions between Israel and the State of Palestine. By 1990, these efforts did not lead to a resolution of the crisis and better relations between Israelis and Palestinians, but restored ties between Egypt and Syria [5] . On November 17, 1988, Egypt recognized the independence of the State of Palestine from Israel [6] [7] .
Membership in International Organizations
The PLO is a member of the League of Arab States [8] , the Organization of the Islamic Conference [9] and the Non-Aligned Movement [10] . Since November 2012, the State of Palestine has been an observer state to the UN. An active campaign was also conducted to promote the admission of the State of Palestine to full members of the UN.
