Inherited from his father the titles of the Grand of Spain and the Duke of San Fernando Luis, 4th Baron de Levi-Mirpua . Charles de Gaulle as an exception in 1961 by special decree recognized his right to bear the ducal title (a unique case for the entire time of the Fifth Republic ).
