John Hodger Laurinaitis ( born July 31, 1962 ) [1] , also known as Johnny Ace, is an American producer and former WWE wrestler .

As a wrestler he performed in the World Championship Wrestling (WCW), All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) and WWE. Laurinaitis worked at senior positions in WCW, then, for eight years, he worked in the HR department of WWE.

Career as a wrestler (1986–2000)
National Wrestling Alliance / World Championship Wrestling (1985–1990)
John Laurinaitis made his debut in 1986 under the name Johnny Ace [1] . When Ace played at the Florida Wrestling Championship, he often teamed up with his brother Markus Laurinaitis. Later, when Ace spoke at the Jim Crockett promotion, he formed a team with Shane Douglas called The Dynamic Dudes [2] .
All Japan Pro Wrestling (1988–2000)
In 1990, John moved to All Japan Pro Wrestling, where he achieved great success by joining Dan Spimeyom, Kent Kabeshi, Steve Villas and Mike Barton. Laurinaitis was very popular in AJPW and became the 2-time AJPW All Asia Tag Team Champion, the 4-time AJPW Unified World Tag Team Champion, and was also able to win the Korakuen Hall Heavyweight Battle Royal. He spent 2 “five-star” matches in 1995 and 1996 in a team with Steve Williams. Also, one of these matches was called the match of the year. In 2000, he ended his career as a professional wrestler.
World Wrestling Federation / Entertainment / WWE (2001 – present)
In 2001, Joni was hired by WWE as an agent. In 2004, he replaced Jim Rosa as vice president for talent. In 2007, he was appointed Senior Vice President, and in 2009 became Executive Vice President for Talents. In 2011, he began to appear on the screens Raw along with Vince McMan. After which he was appointed General Manager of RAW, and after Reslmania 28 and SmackDown . But 2 months later at No Way Out after John won, Sina was fired.
Personal life
He is the brother of the Road Beast War .
March 24, 2016 married Katie Kolas, who is the mother of Twins Bell and mother-in-law Daniel Brian .
