Hamed Karoui ( Arabic: حامد القروي ; fr. Hamed Karoui ; born December 30, 1927 , Sousse ) is a Tunisian politician, Prime Minister of Tunisia from September 27, 1989 to November 17, 1999 , belonging to the ruling party of the country Democratic Constitutional Association [ 1] . Prior to that, in 1986 - 1987, Karui was Minister for Youth and Sports, and from 1988 to 1989 - Minister of Justice.
