Content
Album
On the cover is a dead robot with drops of red blood. The emblem of the group is large on top, the name of the album is written in the lower right corner.
There is an eight-page booklet with the lyrics of all the songs, with the words “blood” and “red” in them highlighted in red. There is a multimedia part - “minus” (instrumental versions of all songs except “Drawing”, “Intro” and “Outro”, as well as live versions of “Boomerang” and “Chaos” from the Slot 1 album) and the group's attribute catalog.
Clip
In 2006, director Daniil Salchov from the HHG film company shot the video for the song “2 Wars”. The director of the group Anton “Megahertz” Dyachenko entered the film company. Former drummer Alexei “Proff” Nazarchuk (he used to play in the “ Tracktor Bowling ” band) responded well to the same company. A good recommendation was the Tracktor Bowling clip for the song “The Devil” from the album of the same name , filmed in 2005 and became the first clip of the group.
In the story, Igor Lobanov plays the role of a virtual person from a low-budget game controlled from a laptop by Daria Stavrovich , but by the end of the clip he manages to escape.
Jonh Sinterson with Heavymusic.ru called the song "2 Wars" "aggressive." On this occasion, Igor Lobanov said: “Well, at the expense of the aggressiveness of the song„ 2 Wars “, I do not agree in principle. One of the softest songs on the album. They chose simply: everyone likes the song, is the title on the album, our new vocalist Nuki sang it beautifully. So cool that we just wanted to quickly boast that to the entire music community and our fans. To say that we are alive, and that “the detachment did not notice the loss of the fighter”;) ” [3] .
Criticism Reaction
John Sinterson with HeavyMusic.ru put the album 9 points out of 10. He said:
Ulyana sings worse than Tekey , but not so much worse that it somehow influences the listenability of the album. Well-recorded music and high-quality lyrics allow you to ignore some slackness of the vocalist’s voice. The share of electronics in music serves as a kind of seasoning, you hardly pay attention to it, if you do not listen. [four]
He also appreciated the lyrics:
Lyrics are quite meaningful, which has recently become rare in alternative music. [four]
Of all the songs he singled out bonus compositions “Plastic” and “Drawing”, as well as the song “Funnel”:
Special attention is heard on the “Plastic” bonus track, filled with a high-quality stunt, the “Drawing” song in which we hear the child’s recitative, Misha Sakhrynin, and “The Funnel” - a new version of the still unrealized thing for the “Night Watch” soundtrack original text. [four]
The following words were said about the album:
The album is more than worthy of purchase. The guys tried their best. Progress in comparison with the debut album is obvious. [four]
