Valeev, Damir Zhavatovich

From 1955 to 1959 he studied at the Chelyabinsk Energy and Mechanical College. In 1959-1960 he served in the Soviet army.

After the army he worked in 1960-1963 at the Argayash TPP , Chelyabinsk plant named after S. Ordzhonikidze and in the Chelyabinsk branch of the All-Union Thermotechnical Institute .

In 1961 he entered the correspondence department of the Ufa branch of the All-Union Correspondence Law Institute . Then he continued his full-time studies (1963-1965) at the Sverdlovsk Law Institute . After graduating from the institute in 1966-1967, he worked as an instructor in the Bashkir regional committee of the Komsomol .

In 1967-1970 studied at the graduate school of the Ural State University and defended his thesis on "The Problem of Imperative Ethics" (1970). After defending his Ph.D. in 1970-1972, he worked as a teacher at the Ufa Department of the Sverdlovsk Law Institute.

Since 1972, he worked at Bashkir State University : in 1985-1986. - Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, since 1986 - Head of the Department of Ethics, Aesthetics and Cultural Studies, and at the same time (1986-1987) Dean of the History Department of BashSU.

In 1984 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “The Origin of Morality as a Social Phenomenon”. Since 1987, a professor .

In 1989, he was a member of the board of the Bashkir National Center "Ural" .

In 1993 - member of the working group on the development of the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation .

From 1994 to 1995 - member of the Presidential Council of the Republic of Bashkortostan .

Since 1995 - Member of the Bureau of the Executive Committee of the World Kurultai Bashkir .

Since 1997, he headed the Department of Philosophy at the Institute of Social and Economic Research of the Ufa Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
