Bugulma’s vicarism is the vicarism of the Kazan diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church . Named after the city of Bugulma .
History
The first bishop of Bugulminsky is called Alexy (Orlov) , consecrated on June 3, 1923. However, at that time, apparently, he was still in renovationism [1] .

In 1928, the Bugulma Vicariate became part of the Kazan diocese [1] .
After the appointment of Bishop Herman (Weinberg) in April 1930, the bishop of Alma-Ata did not receive new appointments to the Bugulma department [1] .
