Geography
Distance to the regional center : 117 km. Distance to the district center : 18 km.
History
In accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of September 21, 1964, the village of the Second Farm of the Vinodelnensky state farm was renamed into the village of Druzhny [1] .
Until May 1, 2017 [4] was part of the rural settlement of Vinodelnensky Village Council [5] .

Infrastructure
The street network of the village consists of 4 streets: Nikolai Melnik [7] , Novaya, Severnaya, Yubileynaya and Yuzhnaya [8] . 200 meters south of Druzhny is a public open cemetery with an area of 7000 m² [9] .
The village is gasified in the framework of the program “Gasification of the regions of the Russian Federation” [10] .
