Anatoly Mikhailovich Karachinsky (born July 12, 1959 in Moscow ) is a Russian top manager and entrepreneur, president of IBS Group [1] , a public figure, a member of the Innovative Development subgroup of the working group to form the system “ Open Government ” [2] , member of the board of the“ Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs " [3] .

Biography
In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers (today - Moscow State University of Railway Engineering), a computer course, the faculty of Technical Cybernetics, specializing in systems engineer [4] .
Career:
- In 1981 - 1986, he worked in a computer center at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport .
- In 1986 - 1988 - Director of the Austrian company Prosystem.
- In 1988 - 1992 - technical director of the joint venture Intermikro.
- In 1992 - 1997 - President of IBS.
- Since 1997 - President of IBS Group .
Community Activities
Anatoly Karachinsky participated in the creation of the International Children's Computer Club, and is currently a member of his board. In addition, a member of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs , a member of the Innovative Development subgroup of the working group on the formation of the Open Government system, the International Computer Club, and the 2012 Club [1] [5] in Russia.

Hobbies
Anatoly Karachinsky is a master of sports of international class in sailing [13] . In addition, she is fond of golf, skiing, hiking, professional literature, travel with friends [4] .
