Monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky in the city of Khmelnitsky ( Ukraine ) (in Ukrainian Pam'yatnik Bogdan Mikhailovich Khmelnitsky in m Khmielnitsky ). The work of the sculptor V. Borisenko and architect M. Kopyla. Established in 1993 opposite the city philharmonic, next to the building of the Khmelnitsky regional state administration.

The fourth in a row and the largest in the city of Khmelnitsky, a city named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky. Until 1954 the city was called Proskurov.
Monument erected in memory of the Liberation War of the Ukrainian people in 1648-1654. under the leadership of Bogdan Khmelnitsky (1595-1657) - commander and statesman, famous hetman of the Zaporizhia Army, organizer and ideological leader of the uprising of the Zaporizhzhya Cossacks against the dominion of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The rider's sculpture turned out to be very expressive and pompous, but the monument caused a discussion among the townspeople due to the unnatural position of the horse and the general disproportion of the figures.
