The main works in the field of differential equations, nonlinear dynamical systems , bifurcation theory and differential geometry [3] .
Bifurcation of the limit cycle [4] and versal deformation of a singular point of a vector field on the plane [5] describe bifurcation of codimension two, known in the scientific literature as the Bogdanov – Takens bifurcation [6] .
