Distance to the regional center : 142 km.
History
On March 1, 1966, the village was part of the territory of the Zelenogorsk village council of the Predgorny region (with its center in the village of Zelenogorsk ) [3] .
On January 1, 1983, was listed as part of Alikonovsky Village Council (with its center in the village of Alikonovka ), subordinate to the Kislovodsk City Council [4] .

According to the 2002 census , Karachai predominate in the national population structure of Belorechensky (74%) [6] .
Education
The village is assigned to MBOU "Lyceum No. 8" of the city of Kislovodsk [7] .
Communication
Due to the difficult terrain of the locality, the settlement is outside the coverage area of digital television broadcasting [8] .
Religion
At a distance from the village, near the cemetery [9] , a mosque (prayer house) was built - one of the three located in the city district (the other two are located in the city of Kislovodsk and the village of Industry ). The building can hold approximately 500 worshipers [10] [11] [12] .
