Vokzalnaya street is a street in the Vokzalny residential district (microdistrict) of the Zheleznodorozhny administrative district of Yekaterinburg [1] [2] .

Content
Location and amenities
The street runs from west to east along the railway, starting from Production Lane and ending at Cosmonauts Avenue [1] [2] . There are no intersections with streets. There are no junctions on the left (on the even side), Nevyansky Lane and Railway Station Square go out onto the right. The length of the street is about 1100 meters. The width of the carriageway is on average about 7 m (two lanes). The movement from the beginning of the street to Nevyansk lane is one-way, in a westerly direction. The street section from Nevyansky Lane to Railway Station Square is pedestrian. There are no traffic lights or unregulated pedestrian crossings throughout the street. On both sides, the street is equipped with sidewalks , but not all along the street.
History
The appearance of the street was due to the construction of the railway station building complex here, however, the street itself appeared already in the 1930s, since earlier separate roads led to the Old and New stations. For the first time the street is shown on the plan of Sverdlovsk in 1939 , already had a name. The modern Vokzalnaya street is built up with low- and mid-rise administrative buildings.
