Geography
The village is located about 10 km northeast of the center of Brest . 6 km south-east of the village is the Koshelevo platform of the Baranovichi - Brest railway line. The M1 motorway runs 3.5 km south of the village of Selyahi. The nearest settlements are the villages of Klimovichi , Cherni , Berdichi and Bolshaya Kurnitsa .
History
In the XIX century - the village of Brest district of the Grodno province . It was part of the Cherni estate, owned by P. Yagmin. According to the revision of 1858 - 119 souls of peasants. In 1905 - the village of Kosic volost of Brest county.
According to the Riga Peace Treaty (1921), the village became part of inter-war Poland , where it belonged to the Kosichi commune of the Brest Povet Polesie Voivodeship . It had 15 yards.
Since 1939, as part of the BSSR .
